We hope this message finds you well. We have some important news to share regarding an upcoming enhancement to improve your experience with Yaldi.

Scheduled Maintenance Window:

Date: December 14th, 2023

Time: 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM (Dubai Time)

Impact on Payments:

During this short period, from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM on December 14th, payments through Yaldi app will be temporarily unavailable. Rides and other functions will NOT be effected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.

 Action Required After the Upgrade:

Once the upgrade is complete, you will need to re-enter their card details to ensure a seamless transition to the new payment gateway. We understand that this additional step might be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
