Customer Support Agent (English + Arabic)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-driven environment or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Arabic & English), with a strong ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions to various challenges.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools for ticket management and communication.
  • Passion for sustainable transportation solutions and contributing to a greener future is a plus.
