Yaldi Drivers App – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Yaldi Drivers App (“App”). This App is owned and operated by Yaldi Car Sharing and Rental Services (“Yaldi”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The App is intended solely for authorized employees, drivers, contractors, and personnel designated by Yaldi for operational purposes. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Authorized Use

The App may only be used by individuals who have been authorized by Yaldi.

Authorized users may use the App for operational activities including, but not limited to:

        • Vehicle rebalancing and relocation.
        • Vehicle delivery to customers.
        • Vehicle collection from customers.
        • Vehicle transportation for maintenance, repair, inspection, cleaning, or fueling.
        • Recording operational activities assigned by Yaldi.
        • Viewing assigned tasks and related vehicle information.

The App must not be used for any personal, unauthorized, or unlawful purpose.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

        • Use the App only for official company business.
        • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
        • Accurately record and report task-related information.
        • Follow all company policies and procedures.
        • Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
        • Immediately report any loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access to the App or company vehicles.

Users are responsible for all activities performed under their assigned account.

4. Location Tracking

The App may collect and record location information during working hours and while operational tasks are being performed.

Location data may be used for:

        • Task assignment and monitoring.
        • Vehicle tracking and relocation verification.
        • Route validation.
        • Operational reporting.
        • Safety and security purposes.
        • Fleet management and performance analysis.

By using the App, users acknowledge and consent to such tracking as necessary for business operations.

5. Company Property

All vehicles, data, software, systems, and information accessible through the App remain the exclusive property of Yaldi.

Users shall not:

        • Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App.
        • Share company information with unauthorized persons.
        • Use company resources for unauthorized purposes.

6. Data Accuracy

Users must ensure that all information entered into the App is accurate and complete.

Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disciplinary action, suspension of access, or termination of employment or engagement.

7. Suspension and Termination

Yaldi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of:

        • Unauthorized use.
        • Violation of these Terms.
        • Security concerns.
        • End of employment or contractual relationship.

Upon termination, users must cease all use of the App immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided for operational purposes on an “as available” basis.

Yaldi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the App except where required by applicable law.

9. Modifications

Yaldi may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
