Just Follow these 5 easy steps :
- End your trip by parking the Yaldi Car in one of the designated parking areas (Parking Guide)
- Select the ‘end trip’ option in the Yaldi app and return the key to the glove box or cup holder before you exit the vehicle.
- Once you have parked to end your trip please send your RTA parking code through our email : Support@yaldi.ae
- Lock the car through the app.
- Remember to take all your belongings.
Before you end your trip, check the fuel gauge to make sure that there is at least 1/4 fuel in the tank for the next user. Let’s be mindful and pay it forward fo your follow Yaldi Users.
The fuel percentage shown on the app is only for reference purposes and the user should check the fuel gauge. You can refuel for free at our partner petrol station ENOC (Dubai). If you’re running low, drive to one of our partner petrol stations and use the Yaldi fuel card to pay.
